Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the "ACCESS TO BROOKLYN 2025” promotion. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be legally bound by them from the time that you enter.
If there is a conflict in these Terms and Conditions with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to all persons aged 21 or over and resident in England & Wales, other than employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
How to Enter
3. This promotion starts at 00:00 on 1st June 2025 and ends at 23:59 on 31st August 2025 (Closing Date).
4. You will require internet access, an email address, mobile phone number and a smartphone with a camera to participate in this promotion. A purchase is also necessary, although the cost of that purchase may be reimbursed to you if you comply with the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
5. To participate in this promotion and be entered in to the Prize Draw (as defined below), you must submit a claim for Cashback by following the steps outlined in paragraphs 6(a) to (c) below, prior to the Closing Date.
How to Claim Cashback
6. By complying with the terms outlined below, you will be able to claim cashback of up to a maximum of £7.50 GBP (Cashback) when you purchase any pint, bottle or can of Brooklyn Pilsner, Stonewall Inn IPA, Special Effects or Pulp Art from participating on trade licensed premises in England or Wales.
a. purchase a pint, bottle or can of Brooklyn Pilsner, Stonewall Inn IPA, Special Effects or Pulp Art, making sure to obtain an itemised receipt from the Outlet when making your purchase (Receipt);
b. visit the landing page (Landing Page) by:
i. scanning the QR code printed on the promotional material displayed in Outlets;
ii. following the prompts presented in social media posts advertising this promotion, posted on the @bklynbreweryuk Instagram channel or visiting www.accesstobrooklyn.co.uk
c. complete the online form on the Landing Page by:
i. entering your name, email address and mobile phone number where indicated;
ii. confirming the value of your purchase;
iii. Providing your bank account details or PayPal account details for the bank or PayPal account to which you wish to receive your Cashback; and
iv. uploading a photograph of your Receipt.
Payment of Cashback
7. A total of 5,000 claims for Cashback are available to be made throughout this promotion on a “first come, first served” basis. Entrants acknowledge that Cashback claims are limited and are encouraged to check the Landing Page to confirm that Cashback is still available to be claimed before making their purchase.
8. Cashback is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the purchaser.
9. All claims for Cashback will be manually validated by the Agency before being paid. The Agency reserves the right to refuse any claim for Cashback where the photograph of the receipt uploaded is:
a. out of focus or blurry;
b. does not have a participating product clearly itemised;
c. is dated before 1st June 2025 or after 31st August 2025;
d. has been issued by a licenced premises in a location outside the scope of this promotion; or
e. is not unique to the individual entrant.
10. Entrants who submit a successful claim in accordance with these terms and conditions will receive Cashback equal to the value of their purchase, up to a maximum of £7.50 (Cashback Limit). Cashback will be paid by the Agency to the entrant’s nominated bank account or PayPal account within 14 days of the Agency validating the claim.
11. If the value of the purchase is below the Cashback Limit, the amount of Cashback paid will be reduced to the value of the purchase. If the value of the purchase is above the Cashback Limit, the entrant will be responsible for the difference between the Cashback Limit and the value of the purchase.
12. The Cashback Limit is determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion and does not represent the recommended retail price for the product purchased. The price payable for the product is determined at the discretion of each Outlet and subject to variation.
General
13. All claims for Cashback must be completed before the Closing Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received before the closing date for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
14. Please drink responsibly. Normal rules as to the sale of drinks will apply and service is at the discretion of each Outlet at all times. Products are subject to availability at each Outlet.
15. Any instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
16. No more than one claim for Cashback will be accepted per person for the duration of this promotion.
17. Entrants may only enter this promotion using the Microsite. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
General
18. If you need to amend the contact details you provided to enter the promotion or wish to withdraw your entry, please email brooklynpromotion@wearequantum.co.uk
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any cashback or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the cashback except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries or cashback notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the promotion or to download any materials in connection with the promotion.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
22. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion. This includes any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. The Promoter’s decision as to any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
23. By entering this promotion, each entrant warrants that all information submitted about them is true, current and complete.
24. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
25. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
26. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
